Firstly, the brush is NOT free. They overcharge on shipping making it more expensive than normal toothbrushes. Yes they are more environmentally friendly, but they are no better than the average plane toothbrush. Additionally, I accidentally made a purchase by Apple Pay and I wasn’t ready for it to go through, and when I tried to cancel it, customer service did not respond to ANY of my emails. It’s like they were intentionally ignoring me so they could make a profit. Overall, they claim to be an ethical company, but everything on their website is false. They do not have 24/7 customer service and the brushes are NOT free.
I ordered bamboo straws in August 2018 (I am writing this in February 2020) that never came. I repeatedly tried contacting giving brush through email, Facebook, Instagram, ad even replying to their newsletters. After over half a year trying to get a refund and only receiving nonsense replies, I had given up. Furthermore, the second yearly subscription I received of the brushes I received cam all crushed. Couldn't even use them. I will say that the brushes which were usable are fine, but I couldn't say for sure if a dentist would ever approve of using them. The exact same product can be bought from numerous other sites or in stores. All to say is that Giving Brush is very unreliable. Just take a look closer on their website and you'll find a copy/paste "refund policy" and if you've already placed an order, it is very difficult to track. I would strongly advise all to avoid Giving Brush
